How trading on Benvo works.
This is a plain-language description of how Benvo works today, written so you know what to expect before you trade. Using the app means you agree to these terms.
1. Who this covers
Benvo lets you sell Transcash and CASHlib gift codes directly to me, paid out in crypto. There is no marketplace or escrow service in between — every trade is reviewed and settled by me personally.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this kind of agreement where you live.
- The code you submit must be one you legitimately own — not stolen, phished, obtained through fraud, or already reported.
- You are responsible for making sure trading gift codes for crypto is allowed under the laws that apply to you.
3. How a trade works
You request a quote, open a private trade, and share the code in the in-app chat. I verify the code and send the agreed payout to the crypto wallet address you provide. You can follow the trade's status — from opened to paid — inside the app the whole time.
4. Rates and limits
The percentage rate shown when you open a trade is saved with that trade. The crypto estimate can still move with the live asset price, and the final payout can change if the code is worth a different amount than declared or the network fee changes. If that happens, I tell you in the trade before paying. Current limits are shown in the app.
5. Payment
Payouts are sent to the crypto wallet address you provide at the network you select. You are responsible for giving a correct, supported address — Benvo cannot recover funds sent to a wrong or unsupported address, or to a wallet you no longer control.
6. Account and verification
Signing in uses a one-time code sent to your email, and you can add a PIN afterwards. Keep that PIN and access to your email private — anyone who has both can act as you inside the app.
7. What is not allowed
- Submitting stolen, phished, or fraudulently obtained codes.
- Submitting a code you already used, refunded, or reported as lost or stolen.
- Using Benvo to move funds connected to fraud or money laundering.
Trades that fall into any of these are cancelled and no payout is made.
8. Cancellations
You can cancel a trade yourself before the code is submitted for verification. Once a code has been redeemed, the trade cannot be reversed — this is a limit of how gift codes work, not a Benvo policy choice.
9. Availability
Benvo is currently a one-person operation, so response times and availability follow my own hours. The app aims to be available at all times, but I don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms can change as Benvo grows. The version that applies is always the one published at benvo.co/terms.
11. Contact
Questions about a trade or these terms: support@benvo.co, or message me directly from the Help tab in the app.
