How Benvo handles your information.
This notice explains what information Benvo receives when you visit the site or use the app, why it is needed, and how you can ask questions or exercise your privacy rights.
Last updated: 7 September 2026
Who is responsible
Benvo is an independent service operated by an individual trader in Mexico. For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, contact support@benvo.co.
Information Benvo receives
- Visit information: the pages you visit, the referring website's host name, your country, IP address, browser user-agent, network provider/ASN, Cloudflare bot signals when available, basic interaction or active-time signals, and a random visitor ID saved in your browser.
- Account information: your email address, display name, and information needed to sign in and protect your account.
- Trade information: quotes, trade status, the code details and messages you submit in a trade, payment details such as a wallet address or Binance ID, and any images you attach.
- Support and notification information: messages you send through support or a trade chat, plus push-notification subscription details if you choose to enable notifications.
Why Benvo uses it
Benvo uses this information to provide quotes and trades, authenticate accounts, send trade updates, respond to support requests, keep a record of what happened in a trade, protect the service from misuse, understand where visitors come from, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Who may process it
Benvo uses service providers needed to run the app, including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage, and an email delivery provider for sign-in codes. Messages sent through trade or support chat may also be relayed to a private Telegram workspace used by the operator to answer them. Information may be disclosed when required to comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect people and the service.
How long information is kept
Benvo keeps information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, including operating an account, resolving a trade or dispute, preventing misuse, and meeting record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized where practical. You can ask for more detail about a specific type of information by email.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or object to the use of your personal information where applicable. Email support@benvo.co from the address connected to your account and describe your request. Benvo may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and may retain limited information where the law or an open trade requires it.
Browser storage and analytics
Benvo stores a random visitor ID and the first referring host in first-party browser storage, including a cookie shared only between benvo.co and its subdomains, to understand whether a landing-page visit later reaches the app or becomes a registered account. It also records whether a page received an interaction after at least five active seconds, or remained visible for at least twenty seconds, to separate likely people from automated traffic. It does not record the keys pressed, pointer position, or page content through this signal. You can clear browser cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Clearing them does not delete information already associated with an account or trade; use the contact method above for that.
Security
Benvo uses access controls, private file storage, and other reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security, so please keep your account access and payment details private and contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
